Beijing Lido Property Management Co., Ltd., a local and foreign invested joint venture company, was established in July 2002. From start up period, the company has been granted with the official property management affirmation from government bureau and further obtained the recognition of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 recently.

Shareholders of the company comprise of China Travel Service (Holdings) Corporation, Hong Kong Yick Ho Co., Ltd. (subsidiary of Hong Kong Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited) and Lido Hotel Co., Ltd. Amongst them, Lido Hotel Co., Ltd. is the first ever company in Beijing being certified in managing foreign-invested apartments and has rich experiences in managing hotel serviced apartments for over 20 years.

Aim of the company is to provide qualitative property management and property related managerial consultancy services in Beijing and other cities in China. Executives of the company are bearing with substantial working experiences in 4+ stars hotels, high-end apartments and grade A office towers. Most of our staff members have obtained proper governmental licenses whereas most of our team leaders come from property management division of Lido Hotel Co. Ltd.

“The Tower Apartments?at Beijing Oriental Plaza, covering 105,764 square meters with 848 apartment units, is the first project managed by the company. We provide full time customer services to tailor for each of our tenants' needs, for examples, concierge, butler, cleaning, maintenance and security services.
